Support Policy

• Toll Free Unpublished Number

With extended support, an exclusive toll free line is provided. This line is effective from the first release of Direct Alliance through December 31st.

The published 800 line will be restricted to sales and renewal calls exclusively.

Without extended support, you pay for your call.

• Extended Support Hours

With extended support, all calls received up until 8:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday are guaranteed to be answered immediately or by return call the same day. Fridays end at 5:00 PM EST. These hours are effective from January 1st through April 15th.

• Week-End Hours

With extended support, Saturday support is guaranteed from 9:00 AM through 1:00 PM EST, January 1st through April 15th. Without extended support, the office is closed.
